Bardzo zależy nam, abyście czuli się u nas swobodnie i miło wspominali spędzony u nas czas. Prosimy jednak, byście przez pamiętali, że ten dom ma służyć również tym, co przyjadą po Was i chcielibyśmy, aby oni również byli zadowoleni od pierwszego dnia pobytu. Niniejszym załączamy regulamin, który obowiązuje w naszym domu, a został stworzony właśnie w celu, abyśmy nie tylko witali się z uśmiechem na ustach, ale również w dobrych nastrojach się rozstawali.
Serdecznie Was prosimy o stosowanie się do poniższych punktów, ponieważ domek jest naszym ulubionym miejscem wypoczynku i chcielibyśmy by służył długo zarówno nam jak i naszym gościom przez długi czas. Jeżeli macie jakiekolwiek propozycje zmian w regulaminie poniżej, jakiekolwiek uwagi do obiektu lub do samego pobytu, prosimy o przedstawianie nam tych uwag – będzie to dla nas bardzo cenna wskazówka, by w przyszłości oferować jeszcze lepszą usługę.
Regulamin użytkowania obiektu
1. Goście przebywający w domu „Leśne Marzenie”, proszeni są o przestrzeganie zasad bezpiecznego i kulturalnego wypoczynku. Przez cały okres pobytu obowiązuje zasada uszanowania dobrosąsiedzkich stosunków. 2. W pomieszczeniach obowiązuje całkowity i kategoryczny zakaz palenia!
3. W domu może zamieszkiwać maksymalnie 11 osób.
4. Doba trwa od godz. 16:00 w dniu przyjazdu do godz. 10:00 w dniu wyjazdu. W szczególnych przypadkach można ustalić inne godziny z właścicielem obiektu.
5. Istnieje możliwość przedłużenia pobytu poza okres umówiony, jeżeli poza okresem umówionym nie nastąpiła rezerwacja.
6. Zakwaterowanie odbywa się na podstawie okazanego dokumentu tożsamości i podpisania stosownej umowy
7. Najemca nie może przekazywać ani udostępniać domku osobom trzecim; domek nie może być zamieszkany przez większą ilość osób, aniżeli uzgodnioną z wynajmującym
8. W domku znajduje się komplet pościeli na jeden okres wynajmu
9. Dom jest przekazywany gościom w użytkowanie i odbierany przy wyjeździe przez właściciela. Jeżeli ktoś planuje wyjechać wcześniej, to prosimy zgłaszanie takiej sytuacji, w celu umożliwienia sprawnego odbioru domku przez wynajmującego.
10. Dom jest przekazywany posprzątany, teren posesji uprzątnięty i chcielibyśmy, aby w takim stanie był zwrócony po zakończeniu pobytu. Szczególnie prosimy o uprzątnięcie terenu po ew. zwierzętach.
11. Prosimy o segregację śmieci - na posesji znajdują się pojemniki na szkło, butelki PET, a także puszki aluminiowe.
12. Chcielibyśmy, aby kaucja pobierana na początku pobytu była w całości zwracana po jego zakończeniu. W wyjątkowych przypadkach - jeżeli z winy użytkowników dojdzie do uszkodzeń w domu lub jego wyposażenia, postaramy się potrącić z kaucji tylko tyle, ile będzie konieczne do naprawy uszkodzeń. Kaucja nie jest i nigdy nie będzie dla nas źródłem dodatkowego dochodu.
13. W przypadku spowodowania uszkodzenia wyposażenia/mienia domu „Leśne Marzenie” prosimy Gości o natychmiastowe poinformowanie właściciela, celem umożliwienia dokonania naprawy/wymiany. Uszkodzenia będące wynikiem naturalnego zużycia materiału lub inne - ale wynikające z właściwej eksploatacji są naprawiane na koszt właściciela nieruchomości.
14. W przypadku uwag i zastrzeżeń dotyczących poziomu usług, funkcjonowania urządzeń i wyposażenia domu, czystości i porządku, Gość proszony jest o poinformowanie o tym właściciela.
15. W związku z ponoszeniem przez Rodziców odpowiedzialności za bezpieczeństwo i za wszelkie skutki działań swoich dzieci, zwracamy się z prośbą o wzmożoną opiekę nad nimi.
16. W obiekcie nie musimy się stosować do szczególnego zachowania ciszy w godzinach wieczornych, ale uszanujmy ciszę nocną na zewnątrz w godzinach 22:00‑6:00 oraz to, że inni w sąsiedztwie też przyjechali tu wypocząć. W porze ciszy nocnej prosimy o zamykanie bramy wjazdowej.
17. Przebywanie psów na terenie domku dozwolone jest tylko za zgodą właściciela nieruchomości i z ważnym świadectwem szczepień,. Właściciele psów proszeni są o sprzątanie po swoich pupilach oraz pilnowanie by zwierzęta nie uszkodziły wnętrz lub terenu zewnętrznego. Obecność zwierząt nie może zakłócać wypoczynku innym. Pełną odpowiedzialność za szkody spowodowane przez zwierzę ponosi osoba będąca w umowie wskazana jako najemca nieruchomości.
18. Mieszkańcy mogą parkować swoje samochody tylko i wyłącznie przy domu „Leśne Marzenie” oraz na terenie posesji. Właściciel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utratę, uszkodzenia pojazdów lub mienia w nich pozostawionego.
19. Ze względu na drewnianą konstrukcję części domu, należy przestrzegać zasad ochrony przeciwpożarowej. Nie wolno pozostawiać otwartego ognia bez nadzoru (aneks kuchenny, kominek), użytkować elektrycznych urządzeń grzewczych poza tymi będącymi na wyposażeniu domu, lub innych mogących powodować zagrożenie pożarowe.
20. Z reguły nie pobieramy dodatkowej opłaty za końcowe sprzątanie. W wyjątkowych sytuacjach, kiedy opuszczany obiekt będzie wymagał zwiększonych środków by doprowadzić go do stanu używalności, Goście będą proszeni o jego uprzątniecie lub zostaną obciążeni dodatkowym kosztem.
21. Właściciel lub osoba przez niego upoważniona ma prawo usunąć gości przed zakończeniem terminu pobytu w przypadku naruszenia przez gości zasad współżycia społecznego i bezpieczeństwa, a także gdy goście naruszają porządek i spokój. Do takich przypadków należy zaliczyć np. interwencję Policji, Straży Miejskiej spowodowaną zakłóceniem porządku lub ciszy nocnej. W tym przypadku nie następuje zwrot pieniędzy za najem.
22. Właściciel zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy zakwaterowania osobom będącym pod widocznym wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających oraz które zachowują się agresywnie w sposób powszechnie uznany za wulgarny.
23. Przedmioty pozostawione przez wyjeżdżającego gościa będą zwracane w miarę możliwości w najdogodniejszej dla gościa formie. Jeżeli będzie to się wiązać z dodatkowymi kosztami, kwota taka obciąża gościa.
24. W momencie wynajmu domku każdy gość akceptuje i wyraża zgodę na warunki zawarte w regulaminie.

We really want you to feel at home with us and to have the best memories. However, please keep in mind that this house is to serve also those who will come after you and we would like them to enjoy it from the first day of the stay as much as you. We hereby enclose the regulations for our home, in order to keep you happy throughout your entire stay.
We kindly ask you to follow the rules below since this house is our favorite place to rest and we would like it to serve us and our guests for a long time to come. If you have any suggestions about the regulations below, or any comments about your stay itself, please feel free to let us know – it’ll be very valuable tip for us in order to offer you an even better service in the future.
Rules and regulations
1. The guests staying in “Leśne Marzenie” home are asked to follow the safety rules to keep in mind that there are other neighbors around who are also trying to spend a quiet relaxing time. The principle of respect for a good neighborly relationships applies throughout your entire stay.
2. It’s completely and strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property!
3. The accommodation is available for a maximum occupancy 11 people.
4. The check-in starts at 16.00 on your arrival and the check-out will be at 10.00 on the day of departure. In special cases the time of check-in and check-out can be changed upon agreement with the owner.
5. It’s possible to extend your stay beyond the agreed period as long as no other reservations has been made for these dates.
6. For the accommodation to take place, an identification document has to be provided in order to sign a contract with the owner.
7. You can’t transfer or share the house to third parties, the house can’t be inhabited by a larger number of people than agreed with the landlord.
8. The cottage has a set of bed linen for the entire rental period.
9. The cottage is handed over personally to guests and by the time of departure the keys have to be handed over directly to the owner. If someone is planning to leave earlier please report this situation to the owner in order to pick up the keys.
10. The cottage will be transferred in clean condition, and after the stay we would like you to return it in the same condition, generally keeping everything in order and neat. If you bring pets, please clean after them.
11. Please separate the garbage – there are separate containers for glass, plastic bottles as well as aluminum cans inside the property.
12. We would like to collect deposit at the beginning of your stay and to be returned in full upon your check-out. In exceptional cases, if any damage to the home or the home equipment occurs due to the guest’s fault, we will try to deduct from deposit only as much as it’s necessary to repair the damage. The deposit isn’t will never be an additional source of income for us.
13. In the event of any damage to the house “Leśne Marzenie” or its equipment, please contact the owner immediately to ensure immediate repair or replacement. Damage resulting from regular usage (resulting from proper operation) will be repaired at the expense of the owner.
14. In case of any comments regarding the client satisfaction, functioning of the equipment and furniture, cleanliness and order – we invite the guest to let the owner know about this promptly in order to improve our services.
15. The parents are responsible for the safety and for all effects of their children’s actions, so we kindly ask for you to take special care of them.
16. We want to enforce silence outside of home, especially between 22.00-6:00. Please keep in mind that other people in the neighborhood also came here to rest, so please respect their quiet time. At night, please close the entrance gate to prevent any wild animals to come inside.
17. Dogs are allowed in the cottage only with the consent of the owner and with a valid vaccination certificate. Pet owners are asked to keep their pets clean and to make sure that they don’t damage the interior or the outside area. The presence of animals can’t interfere with other neighbors. Full liability for damage caused by an animal will be covered by the person who is indicated in the contract.
18. The guests can park their cars only at the proper parking area. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property left in them.
19. Due to the wooden construction of the house, fire protection rules must be observed at all times. Do not leave open fire unattended (kitchenette, fireplace), don’t use any electrical heating equipment other than the one already in the house, or any other hazard that may cause a fire.
20. Generally, there’s no additional cleaning fee. However, in exceptional cases when the home requires extra resources to bring it to a usable state, guests will be asked to clean it up or they will be charged an additional cost.
21. The owner or a person authorized by him has the right to remove the guests before the end of the contract in case of any violation of the rules of social coexistence and security, as well as when guests violate order and peace. Such cases include, for example, the intervention of the Police, or the Municipal Guards caused by a disruption of order extreme noise at night. In this case there’s no refund for the rental.
22. The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to people who are under the visible of influence of alcohol or drugs and who behave in an aggressive or vulgar manner.
23. Any items forgotten by a leaving guests will be returned as soon as possible in the most convenient form for the guest. If this involves additional costs, the amount will be charged to the guest.
24. At the time of renting the cottage, each guest accepts and agrees to the conditions written in the rules above.
